S H I P P I N G

Our products are COMPLETELY created by us. We design them, buy the supplies we need, print them, cut them, glue them, stamp them, package them, and ship them - just the 2 of us! And everything we create starts at the tip of our writing utensil, not a computer font! While this means they are not "perfect," we think that this adds character and appeal to our products. We work hard to make every single product we produce, and there is so much love in each and every item. Know that when you buy from a small, mom-owned business, you are supporting someone who works very hard to share their passion with the world. Each time we are notified of an order, our day is made. Thank you. We are happy to do custom orders as well and will work with you to make just what you're looking for! We look forward to your business!

Once payment is made, your order will be shipped within the listed window. If you need your order quicker, send us a message and we will be happy to work with you.

Your order is shipped in a rigid flat mailer or a padded envelope designed to protect documents. 

Our shipping prices reflect the cost for shipping supplies and USPS's 2019 costs. We do not profit from shipping fees. We will refund you any overages that occur with shipping (especially for international orders, like Australia). 

 

R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S

If an error is made on our end, we are happy to replace your purchase or issue a refund. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items once they have left the shop and been received by USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.

When completing  a custom order  (any order that has customization involved), we will provide a digital proof for you before completing the order. Once you approve it, we cannot accept it as a return. Please make sure any customizations are exactly to your liking, and that you clarify any questions you have before we print! We would rather make more edits to a draft than spending money on creating the product only to have you dissatisfied. It wastes a lot of time and money for us, and that impacts our company more than a large one. The beauty of small business is that we can create custom work just for you, which is awesome!

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for custom orders. This allows time for us to communicate to ensure that you get exactly what you want!

A custom order means that we are creating designs that we do not have in our shop. We reserve the right to sell all the designs we make for your custom order after you have picked one and it has shipped. Please let us know if you are hoping for a truly "one of a kind" print and we'd be happy to work with you.
